2.3. By submitting the application, the Participant also confirms that they have read the FOC Rules fully and in detail, and that they are sufficiently familiar with their state of health, which must fully permit participation in FOC.
2.4. After the Promoter receives the application the Promoter will send the Participant an order confirmation, by which a contract on the provision of services is concluded between the Promoter and the Participant, and the Participant thus undertakes to comply with these GTC and the FOC Rules.
2.5. The contract concerns the Promoter's obligation to ensure dance instruction services or other services pursuant to the FOC programme published on the website and the Participant's corresponding obligation to pay the Promoter the agreed price for these services.

3 PAYMENT TERMS
3.1. The price of participating in FOC is CZK 13,990. The total price comprises a non-refundable deposit of CZK 7000 and a remainder of CZK 6990. 4.4. The obligation to pay a cancellation fee does not apply to cases when the Participant finds a substitute who assumes the contractual relationship in his or her stead; in doing so he or she is obliged to inform the Promoter of this fact without undue delay. The obligation to pay a cancellation fee also does not apply to cases described in paragraphs 4.4 and 4.5.
